Funding is pending legal review

Fundio, LLC operates fund.io. Expressing interest does not buy equity, a token, or a promise of either. No money moves through fund.io for funding. Fundio, LLC has to finish a legal review before any introduction is more than a message in the builder's inbox.

fund.io is not a broker-dealer. This page is a placeholder, not an offer of securities.

Payments on an app page are different. Those are purchases of the builder's product through Stripe. The customer pays the price the builder set. fund.io keeps 3% + $0.30 as the Stripe application fee.
